By registering on this page, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Access & Payment Authorization

By completing your registration, you are purchasing access to the content and materials provided by Social Media Love Inc. You authorize Social Media Love Inc. to charge your selected payment method for the full program amount.

2. Privacy & Security

Protecting your information is a priority. We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure, in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our programs and the limited number of spaces available, all payments are non-refundable once received. This applies whether you choose to pay in full or through a payment plan. Your payment secures your spot and grants you access to the training or materials.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full program price you committed to at registration, regardless of whether you:

  • Leave the program early

  • Do not complete the program within the time frame provided

  • Choose not to participate after purchase

If you have selected a payment plan, you are still responsible for the full program amount as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Late payments may result in suspension of your access to all program materials until payments are current. Social Media Love Inc. reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program if payments are not made, and you will remain responsible for the balance owing.

5. Program Delivery

While many of our programs are delivered live, Social Media Love Inc. reserves the right to provide pre-recorded training as part of your program. Live delivery is not guaranteed for every component.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you will not dispute any charges already processed through your payment method (including credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other means).

Social Media Love Inc. reserves the right to recover any outstanding balances and to seek payment for any chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated by you at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Brunswick , Canada.
